We Love Coffee
Coffee is a natural product that requires a lot of time and care to grow until it arrives at our facility as raw material.
We want to continue the energy and care that has already gone into the raw material throughout the production chain.
Since we only produce in small quantities, we can focus very intensely on the product coffee. We place great value on quality.
We also want to be environmentally conscious, which is why there is always a significant discount on 1 kg packages, so you don't have to order as often. We offer free shipping from 50 Euro.
By arrangement, you are welcome to pick up the coffee from us directly.
Our packaging has an aroma valve and a seal, meaning you can leave the coffee in the packaging. The packaging is made from kraft paper, is recyclable, and contains no aluminium.
Our Vision
We hope you enjoy our coffee just as much as we do.
We completed our training at the Berlin Coffee Roastery. We are members of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
We regularly continue our education. We work with renowned suppliers. We only purchase raw materials rated above 80 points by the SCA.
The raw materials we receive are carefully inspected. Defective beans are sorted out.

First, we create various roast profiles that we taste ourselves until we find the roast profile we want to offer you. After roasting, we sort out additional beans.
We grind with various grinders. Would you like ground coffee? Please let us know your preferred grind size.
The products we ship to our customers are ground with the Mahlkönig EK43, a professional grinder from Switzerland.
We taste every coffee variety first as filter coffee, evaluate the color, and then taste it as espresso. Our coffees are exclusively light to medium roasted.
